Document Intelligence Pipeline

The operations team was manually keying data from bills of lading, packing lists and invoices — roughly 4,000 documents a month across nine formats.

We built an extraction pipeline combining OCR with a trained model, plus a review interface where low-confidence extractions are routed to a human with the source document alongside.

Straight-through processing reached 86 percent, and the review queue handles the rest in a fraction of the original time.
