We quote fixed-scope phases rather than open-ended hourly work. After a discovery conversation you receive a written estimate covering scope, timeline and cost for each phase. If the scope changes mid-project, we re-quote the change before doing the work — you are never surprised by an invoice.
A corporate website is usually six to ten weeks. A mobile application is twelve to sixteen. A multi-module ERP is delivered in phases over four to eight months, with the first usable module live within the first six weeks. We deliberately sequence one difficult module early so the real complexity surfaces while there is still time to adjust.
Yes. Code is delivered into your own repository along with architecture notes and deployment instructions. There is no licence to renew and no lock-in. If you later bring development in-house, your team inherits something they can read.
Every project ends with a knowledge-transfer session and written documentation. Beyond that, support is optional: our maintenance plans cover security patching, dependency upgrades, backups, uptime monitoring and a defined SLA response time, reported monthly.
Usually, yes — and often that is cheaper than replacing them. We frequently build a new layer on top of an existing ERP or accounting package and integrate through an API rather than migrating everything. We will tell you honestly when replacement genuinely is the better option.
