This policy explains what personal information Nexora Technologies (“we”, “us”), a division of W&R Ventures, collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to operate the site:
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message when you complete an enquiry form, apply for a role, or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Recruitment information. Where you apply for a vacancy, the résumé and supporting details you upload.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have asked about.
- To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
- To send our newsletter, where you have specifically asked to receive it.
- To protect the website against abuse, fraud and automated attacks.
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form or subscribe), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep the site secure and working correctly. Where analytics is enabled, we use it to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser without affecting the site's function.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who host our infrastructure or deliver our email, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to three years. Unsuccessful job applications are retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Passwords are hashed. Database access uses prepared statements, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and uploads are validated by content type. Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it.
Your rights
You may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You may also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to nextechcloud@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
