UI/UX Designer

Design enterprise interfaces that people use for hours a day — where every unnecessary click is multiplied by thousands of repetitions.

Design Bengaluru / Hybrid Full Time 3–6 years

Most of our design work is on software people did not choose and cannot avoid: ERP screens, admin panels, field data capture. Making that fast and obvious is harder and more consequential than another marketing landing page.

You will research how the work actually gets done, prototype the critical flows, test with real users, and maintain the design systems our developers build against.

What you will do

  • Conduct user research with the people who will use the system daily
  • Design information architecture and interaction flows
  • Produce prototypes and test them with real users
  • Build and maintain documented design systems
  • Work alongside developers through implementation
  • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility in every design

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years designing software interfaces, ideally enterprise or operational
  • Strong portfolio showing reasoning, not just final screens
  • Experience running usability testing and acting on findings
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Comfortable in Figma and building component libraries
  • Able to defend design decisions with evidence
